Debora Roland has been an HR management professional for over 25 years. She built her career in dynamic early-stage growth companies in television broadcast and production (E! Entertainment Television and GRB Entertainment), ecommerce (Tickets.com) and medical device development and manufacturing (Given Imaging and GenMark Dx). Debora had the pleasure of supporting the Initial Public Offering of two of these companies and has successfully managed several post-acquisition integrations.
Debora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and a certification in Human Resources and Organizational Development from UCLA. She achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management in 2001.
