Major responsibilities - Operate with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process - Work next to senior executives on long-term deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Own monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required - This position would best fit a flexible individual who has experience managing expectations and feels comfortable working with a large amount of information - Keep up weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting - Work next to cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans - Compose and oversee forecasting reports - Empower effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support - Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources - Discover the root causes of internal and external facts that are influencing performance and outcomes - Study performance to date and examine potential risks and opportunities

Requirements

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required - Background in financial analysis and planning - Spreadsheet and ERP system experience suggested - Skills in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly desired (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Solid understanding of corporate bonds - Microsoft Excel experience preferred - Deep understanding of investment financial analysis - Expertise in financial analysis - Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
