Exciting opportunity in Beachwood, OH for a Office Manager. Responsibilities: - Prepare 1099's - Process Checks & Bank Deposits - Work in Tracking System to Track Reports - Monitoring and ordering of office supplies, stationery, copy equipment and Kitchen Supplies - Type Financial Statements using Microsoft Word & Excel, Copy & Bind. - Set up all new clients, maintain filing system, add clients to relevant data bases & purge files Qualifications: - Previous firm experience is highly preferred - Previous experience as an office administrator with a minimum of 5 years. - Advanced excel skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook - Ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Familiarity with Accounting Software is a plus
