Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill a Hybrid Talent Consultant role in Dublin, CA. You will work onsite once a week and remote for the remainder of the week. You will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.
We have openings on 1st shift with the schedule being Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm however you must be flexible if needed. The pay rate is starting at $25/hr. based on interview and experience. The ideal candidate must have previous corporate/retail recruiting experience and have strong customer service and administrative skills.
Responsibilities for this On-Site Talent Consultant role include:
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; or 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
