Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Talent Consultant role in Flower Mound, TX. You will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.
At Adecco, an On-Site Talent Consultant can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
This is a long-term contract position. The schedule is M-F 9a-6p and the pay rate is starting at $20/hr, but can go up based on experience. Must be available to travel between Flower Mound and Haslet locations. Responsibilities for this On-Site Talent Consultant role include:
Recruit potential applicants for current client openings.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Facilitate Adecco - specific on-boarding process.
Engage onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
Complete associate counseling in regards to performance and attendance when needed.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; or 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
