Adecco is assisting in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a great company in Niagara Falls, NY. This is a temp to hire opportunity, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm position, with starting pay at $19 hourly!
Administrative Assistant job duties include but are not limited to: Support leasing and marketing departments Appropriately communicate via phone, email and in person with clients, staff and team Successfully complete tasks with Yardi software Maintain spreadsheets and tracking within Microsoft Suite Process time sensitive tasks efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience as Administrative Assistant High School Diploma or Equivalency required Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required Preferred experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Yardi
