Adecco is assisting in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a great company in Niagara Falls, NY. This is a temp to hire opportunity, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm position, with starting pay at $19 hourly!

Administrative Assistant job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support leasing and marketing departments
  • Appropriately communicate via phone, email and in person with clients, staff and team
  • Successfully complete tasks with Yardi software
  • Maintain spreadsheets and tracking within Microsoft Suite
  • Process time sensitive tasks efficiently
  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Administrative Assistant
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Preferred experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Yardi
