Administrative Responsibilities

  • General front desk operations: greeting guests, answering phones, mail, filing, scheduling
  • Customer service—maintain and grow relationships
  • Communication with clients and vendors
  • HR Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Conflict resolution
  • Promote teamwork and conduct team-building sessions
  • Implementing and upholding employee handbook with fairness amongst all employees
  • Strategic hiring/recruiting
  • Contacts applicants' references and performs background checks required by company
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding and guiding new employees through the benefits and compensation process
  • Covers all legal compliance with all local, state and federal regulations for HR
  • Maintains employee records
  • Maintaining employee privacy and confidentiality
  • Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Computer skills—Microsoft Office
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Copying/scanning/faxing
  • Ability to process a high volume of work combined with excellent quality
  • Dedicated strategist and planner
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or extensive prior experience

    Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

    Minimum 2 years of human resources experience
