Adecco is currently recruiting for a Remote HR Coordinator for a client located in Richmond, VA. This position pays $24.00/hr.

We are looking for an exceptional Program Coordinator to support our Graduate Campus Programs & Recruiting team: The programs target students joining Capital one from graduate degrees (MBA, PhD, and Masters) at the best universities in the nation. We hire graduate students into core roles within Capital One, including Data Science, Business Analysis, and Product Management. Our programs for these students will include a 10-week internship experience and a 1-year full-time development program.

As the Coordinator, you will be part of an all-hands-on-deck environment delivering great experiences to our interns and new hires. You would be specifically responsible for event planning, execution, logistics, and on-going tracking. You would collaborate closely with our Program Manager and the recruiting team on strategic design of the program as well as project management across the effort and engaging with our interns, new hires, and internal business partners. While Graduate Programs will be the primary focus, the Coordinator will also work across the broader Graduate team to support Recruiting events at times.

If this sounds like you, here are some more granular role responsibilities. You will:
Coordinate program events and initiatives (calendar invites, room blocks, catering orders, etc.)
Develop logistical strategy and own event execution for our programs across geographies
Oversee travel and hotel accommodations
Own event details, to build a great associate experience
Support management of relevant departmental data systems, including candidate tracking database, budget tracking, and decision-making tools
Enthusiastically build and manage relationships with leaders and partners across a range of levels, business functions, and geographies
Work closely with an awesome team (were biased, but really), and be willing to pitch in and help wherever needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of project/process management experience OR at least 1 year of corporate event planning or a combination of the two
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of corporate event planning experience or project management experience
Advanced in Powerpoint and Excel
