Job title Warehouse Coordinator
Facility Location: 910 Riverside Pkwy
West Sacramento, CA 95605-1510
Pay: $20 per hour

First shift



Job purpose
This position provides local support to the STANLEY Security branch. Assisting both the Installation team and the Service team. These branches are responsible for the installation and servicing of a wide range of security systems including intrusion systems, fire alarms, video surveillance and the integration of this systems in a commercial, industrial or other business-to-business setting.

Duties and responsibilities
Freight:
Receive all incoming freight and complete associated paperwork requirements entering materials appropriately in company database and inventory systems.
Mark all boxes with work order or service request # and stage as appropriate in the warehouse space utilizing proper equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
Inventory:
Order parts for install and service.
Be a resource for part numbers and parts availability.
Assist with resolving Purchase Order problems
Maintain inventory space and keep secure documenting the in's and out's of materials.
Maintain systems and complete inventory count each quarter or as directed.
Assist corporate auditor with inventory review.
Process returns and credits in a timely manner updating appropriate systems as required.
Working closely with Vendor, coordinate customer repairs in a timely manner and ship as soon as possible.
Order parts for Installation Projects in coordination with customer delivery date & procurement lead times
Maintain parts replenishment process for van stock
Shipping:
Pull, Pack and Ship all necessary deliveries/boxes via UPS using the UPS online portal.
Keep all shipping materials in organized manner ordering supplies as necessary.
Branch Administrative Assistance:
Support Service Manager with service ticket review and billing as needed
Manage service van inventory and create purchase requisitions when stock needs replenished
Upon install completion and Project Manager/Install Manager review, submit close-out package to Order Entry for closure and billing as needed
Support Installation manager with project reviews around procurement needs for projects
Work with Installation manager on project equipment leads times to comply with customer delivery dates

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Must be able to work proactively and develop relationships with field-based team members
• Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, inventory and ordering systems
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience operating various warehouse equipment – i.e. pallet jacks
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organization skills, with a keen attention to detail

Preferred
• At least two years' experience working with freight and supplies in a warehouse environment
• Experience using SAP, SBN, and/or ERP
• Forklift and lift operation experience desirable

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit and work on a computer; stand; walk; use hands/fingers for typing, processing paperwork and handling packages; and reach with hands and arms. They must be able to climb a ladder, push/pull an inventory cart, and or pallet jack safely. At times, incumbent may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 75 lbs. with assistance.
