THE ROLE

AMD is seeking a communications professional to lead executive brand strategy and global voice enablement programs that empower AMD leaders and employees to engage credibly and consistently with audiences worldwide. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that amplify executive presence, scale employee voice initiatives, and align content with AMD business priorities and brand identity.

 

Working in close partnership with C-suite leaders, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Marketing, you will combine brand stewardship, thought leadership, and strategic content development to strengthen AMD reputation, foster stakeholder trust, and inspire employees globally.

 

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with a proven ability to elevate executive and employee voices in ways that drive measurable business impact. You are a skilled content strategist and program leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, digital engagement, and corporate reputation. You excel at building trust with executives, advising on platform best practices, and delivering data-driven insights that inform strategy. Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented, you are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple high-profile programs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital and content strategies that enhance AMD executives' visibility, reinforce brand positioning, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Partner with Executive Communications to provide one-on-one coaching, platform consulting, and content development for C-suite leaders and senior leadership.
  • Lead AMD's global employee voice initiatives; design and deliver scalable enablement programs for executives, SMEs, and employees; expand visibility for technical leaders and developer programs.
  • Ensure executive and employee content aligns with north star narratives, campaign priorities, and brand identity to maximize reach and impact.
  • Track engagement metrics, analyze program performance, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Brand, Marketing, and Business Units to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing or communications, with a focus on leveraging executive and employee voices to strengthen brand reputation and drive engagement.
  • Proven success designing and leading high-impact executive visibility and employee engagement programs at a global scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with executives, communications, brand, and marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Adept at identifying innovative ways to engage employees, customers, and industry peers through digital platforms and voice enablement programs.
  • Expertise in social and digital platforms, emerging trends, and content formats that drive audience engagement.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with demonstrated results in enhancing brand reputation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using performance data to inform strategy.
  • Skilled at managing multiple high-profile projects under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
