Overview

AMD develops high-performance computing and visualization products to solve some of the world's toughest and most interesting challenges. As we expand across EMEA, one key focus is on the next wave of CSP's.

To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated and collaborative CSP Senior Manager to drive acquisition, growth and scale within the Tier 2 CSP Market across EMEA. This senior role is ideal for someone with deep CSP knowledge looking to further develop both their management capabilities and also the CSP Market for AMD.

The CSP Senior Manager role involves a mix of strategic, operational, and leadership responsibilities. Key duties include developing and executing category plans, managing daily operations, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and leading a team to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. Specific tasks range from supporting the management of “Platinum” existing CSP's;  customer acquisition, supporting the design in AMD technology and the daily management of development of your team.

Sales Strategy & Execution: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new accounts and expand existing business within assigned territories or industry verticals.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: 

  • Coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for professional development.

Executive Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on cloud transformation.

Pipeline & Forecasting: 

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management using SF.com tools.

Solution Selling & Negotiation: 

  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, working collaboratively the technical community, Business Units and Cross Regional Sales Teams

Market & Competitive Analysis: 

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies ensuring a competitive edge.
  • Partner Collaboration: Develop and nurture strategic alliances with Tier 2 CSP's and the ecosystem

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales management or leadership position within the cloud services or DataCentre sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue, particularly in net-new enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to support clients, partners, and team members
