Recruiter will deliver full life cycle recruiting. This means they will use their abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. The recruiters are the public face of the organization. The Recruiter must ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final on-boarding process to carry out the organizations, mission, vision and values. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Partner with Administrator and/or Staffing Coordinator to determine specific candidate needs
  • Assist with posting job advertisements
  • Source qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including job boards, networking, approved social media sites, software and referral programs
  • Review applications and resumes, verify applicant qualification(s), complete initial phone interview and conduct reference checks to establish a candidate pool as applicable
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate meeting location
  • Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; document results and any feedback within HRIS systems and established guidelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through the interview and orientation process by responding to and resolving all questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensure all phases of the recruitment and selection process comply with established guidelines
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll departments to ensure hiring processes are complete; resolve related issues
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledgeable of various software applications, Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint, as well as popular social media platforms, such as Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws, regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices to help meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in candidate sourcing
  • Knowledgeable of techniques to identify future staffing needs and accurately assess and select the right candidates in the full life cycle of the recruitment process
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Independent discretion/decision making
  • Reliable transportation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience:
    • Two (2) or more years of professional recruiting experience preferred
    • Direct experience with talent acquisition preferred
    • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS) preferred
    • UltiPro experience preferred
    • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:   

  • Audio-Visual: Hearing:  Good 
  • Ability to lift to 15 pounds
  • Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling
  • Work is typically performed in a standard office environment; well-lit; comfortable temperature-controlled
  • Above-average conversational noise is frequent
  • Position may require flexible hours, unscheduled overtime or occasional week-end work
  • Travel is required
