As the Digital Media Coordinator, you are the backbone to a successful campaign by translating the companies needs and Digital Media Manager's requests into actions and ensuring things are done effectively. This position collaborates with internal and external resources and plays an important role in implementing marketing programs across digital while also keeping in the loop with traditional media channels.

As the Digital Media Coordinator, you will:

  • Take ownership for implementing, deploying, trafficking, and reporting on campaign performance across display, online video and paid search
  • Work with multiple vendors externally to manage programs and coordinate with internal team members to stay on task with project deadlines
  • Work with paid search campaigns with a base knowledge of the channel
  • Be involved in developing digital display strategy and campaigns
  • Negotiate rates
  • Experience trafficking ads

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors
  • Desired background in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or related
  • Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in digital or E-Commerce marketing
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Track record of servant leadership; serving others and putting team goals first
  • Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
  • Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities
  • Experience managing change in large and complex environments
  • Ability to break down complex ideas and communicate them in simple and easy to understand ways
