What You Will Do

To greater meet the needs of our individual and corporate clients, the Ascension St. Vincent Wellness Center is seeking afull-time preventative medicine or family medicine physicianto focus on optimizing patients overall health by assessing their current health risks, and providing disease prevention, education and detection. The duties will also include medical care with disease management, working with a team of physicians to deliver high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building as well as also offering same day appointments for acute illness.

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):
Advanced Life Support.

Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
