Our Nashville, TN Entertainment Sales and Service Consultants are on a 60%/40% compensation plan with a starting base pay between $10.67 and $19.83 per hour, that's an average yearly salary between $20,800 and $41,262.00 per year. Plus, additional incentives and unlimited monetary earning.Average earnings around $69K. If you have prior customer service/sales experience or a college degree; you may be eligible for higher pay. What does it take to deliver best-in-class service and technology? Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a desire to close the deal on sales. You'll handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades. While you offer solutions and resolve issues, you'll work to transition each call to a sales opportunity; working to meet daily and monthly sales goals. Your consultative approach to customers' needs will deliver personalized recommendations of AT&T products and services.

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday hours. Overtime may be required
• One-year customer service work experience preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills

Our Call Center Sales Representative must be able to:
•Satisfactorily complete on-the-job and/or classroom training
•Effectively use multiple systems to identify and communicate products that meet the customer's needs, and resolve the customer's problem in a productive manner
•Work day, evening, holiday, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required
•Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
•Qualify on pre-employment screening
•Operate a computer and have basic keyboarding skills
