This position provides financial analysis and support to the program and the customer in all issues related to the finance of the program. Monitors project budgetary, finance, accounting, and activities to ensure accuracy and cost-effective support. Prepares monthly cost reporting as well as ad hoc reports. Works with customer and corporate entities as appropriate to initiate financial transactions. Prepares and monitors budget projections as well as assists with ECP development and submission.
This position requires a strong background of experience with government contracts having a hybrid structure (a mixture of cost-plus and fixed price CLINs). This individual should be experienced and comfortable dealing with senior customer personnel and have excellent communications skills, as they will be required to provide monthly and adhoc briefings on program status, overrun and underrun issues, and related remediation plans.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate's and 10 years, a Bachelors' and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.
Degree must be in Business Accounting or related field.
Required Clearance: TSSCI with Polygraph.
