The RF Subsystems program family resides in the Tactical Aircraft (TACAIR) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Solutions Business Area of Electronic Systems. The RF Subsystems program family includes AFSOC C130J, 56M, 56C and SPEWS and represents $750m of revenue over the IBP.
Candidate will lead program teams through various business cycle reporting requirements as necessary. Reporting includes but is not limited to Product Line and Business Area Reviews, CSR, QBR, and IBP updates, providing overall support and analysis for a variety of fixed price & cost type projects. Utilizing Earned Value Management System guidelines, responsibilities will include providing overall cost, schedule and variance analysis as well as risk and opportunity management. Supports and assists in the preparation of the program plan, development of the Estimate at Completion position and analysis of data utilizing trends and predictors. Supports the yearly Operating and Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process. Maintains accurate salient and manpower forecast in Hyperion and supports proposal preparation through ProPricer and cost volume generation.
Job SummaryIn an IPT setting establishes Performance Measurement Baselines. Generates IPMR's and CFSR's. Monitors and controls costs and schedules. Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as variance analysis. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.Minimum Education and Experience

Required Skills and Education
Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Cobra, Hyperion, Smartview, Oracle, iPortal, ProPricer, and Project Data. Experienced in external Earned Value reporting. Must currently hold a Secret clearance or be eligible for one.
Preferred Skills and Education
Good presentation skills, ability to initiate and run meetings.
