As a Customer Service provider at many airports across the United States we are seeking energetic and outgoing candidates to join our customer service team. With a proven level of exceptional customer service around the country, we are seeking professional, qualified candidates that are customer service oriented along with strong oral and are able to meet the physical demands to provide the Greatest Customer Service Ever!

A Cruise/Port Agent travels between the port and airport locations transporting luggage in a safe manner.

4801 Anglers Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sorting, tagging, and loading luggage into cages

  • Sealing cages and loading into truck

  • Performing daily vehicle inspections

  • Driving delivery box truck safely & lawfully on highways and local streets

  • Operating radio to communicate with dispatcher and supervisors

  • Unloading cages off truck

  • Unloading luggage from cages

Qualifications:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States

  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have a valid driver's license & clean driving record

  • Work AM and weekend shifts

  • Consistently lift and move luggage weighing 70 lbs

  • Consistently push heavy cages of luggage weighing 100 to 350 lbs

  • Able to work in various outside weather conditions (Hot, cold, rain, etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

  • Ability to work as part of a team and carry out assignments to completions within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

  • Meet company's appearance guidelines

  • Able to obtain an airport, port and TWIK badge

  • Drug Free Workplace
