The Salesand Commercial Development program offers exceptional experiences to launch acareer in sales, sales operations, deal enablement and marketing. Learnabout our customers, our fullstream product and service capability, industry,while simultaneously making valuable contributions to the organization. The Program starts in January and in July; start date will be based on program needs.
Workon rotations and/or assignments in customer-facing sales roles, impactful salesoperations, deal enablement, application engineering, product management,marketing, channel partners and pricing, etc.
Participatein intentional and structured career development activities and receive activecoaching and mentoring
Completeformal training in customer engagement & negotiation, business and financeacumen, presentation and communication skills, outcome selling, projectmanagement and change acceleration process, etc.
Contributeto business outcomes
Networkglobally and cross-functionally, lead program initiatives or projects withpeers; interact with global business leaders cross-functionally
Solvecritical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams

BS or MS degree in Engineering,Mechanics, Economics, Business or Marketing from an accredited university
A GPA greater than or equal to3.0/4.0 or equivalent
Fluency in English (oral andwritten)
Geographically mobile (locationsvary)
Maximum three years' experience postBachelor's degree
