Role Summary:

As the Director - GlobalP2P Operations Leader, you will be responsible for strategic leadership andoversight of contracts & operations with select BPOs for Baker Hughes. Lead& coach the Procure to Pay Regional Operations leaders for Baker Hughes.Manage and execute directives with respect to budget constraints, new industryregulations, and business demands in relation to accounts payable & invoiceprocessing. Manage service levels, regulatory and legal compliance, andescalated cases.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Director - Global P2POperations Leader, you will:

  • Lead themanagement, operations & compliance rigor of the Procure to Pay sharedservice process globally
  • Be responsiblefor critical and key KPI to include On time invoice payment, processingaccuracy, quality & productivity
  • Workproactively with Product company sourcing leaders in driving processes toattain Best in class Buy to pay system
  • Managestrategic partner performance in compliance within the obligations of thecontracts; approving or declining all modifications to the contract
  • Lead thereview, development and modifications of procedures and third parties used fora particular shared service process
  • Lead processteams, system enhancement and process improvement projects globally to drivereduced cost, increased quality and productivity across a shared servicefinancial process
  • Lead changemanagement, stakeholder management and business expectation setting withstakeholders
  • Overseecompliance issue resolution in regard to the process whether managed internallyor externally through outsourced vendors
  • Provideleadership for continuous process improvement initiatives to the team utilizinglean tools, and then leading implementation of recommendations
  • Ensureregulatory and internal compliance baker Hughes polices including leadingGovernance Audits
  • Provideleadership and subject matter expertise for specific process to seniormanagement
  • Lead thedevelopment and review of supplier requirements and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Monitor &evaluate service levels and approve any action plans resulting from criticalservice performance failures
  • Develop andoversee implementation of corrective action plans from audits.
  • Identifysystem enhancements and oversee implementation of upgrades / modifications tothe process where necessary
  • Bachelor'sDegree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 7years of experience in experience in operations or supplier management typeroles
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Travel 25% ofthe time domestically and internationally, as required
Desired Characteristics:
  • Master's Degreefrom an accredited college or university preferred
  • Strongunderstanding of SAP and/or Oracle supplier maintenance, purchasing and invoicescreens
  • Demonstratedcompetency with the application of Six Sigma/LEAN or related qualityimprovement and management tools.

  • Ability tomulti-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment
