Role Summary:

The Project Manager within the Measurement & SensingReuter-Stokes organization will be responsible for the successful execution ofprojects and/or programs of significant business impact to ensure the financialand customer requirements are met.

Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Project Manager, you will:
  • Work with Product Management to clearlyestablish and communicate business goals and customer requirements
  • Complete detailed planning and createdeterministic project schedules across all functions
  • Demonstrate strong project management rigor anddrive project activities to ensure on-schedule and on-cost delivery
  • Assess and proactively manage requirements,resources, risks, project budgets and product cost and develop & implementmitigation plans where appropriate
  • Execute programs with a sense of urgency anddevelop recovery plans if/when delays are encountered
  • Present real-time project updates tostakeholders, management, team members and customer
  • Responsible for project execution, including
    • Ensuring alignment with BH processes andprocedures
    • Enabling maximum project/program executionefficiency including management of resources across multiple concurrentprojects
    • Ensure achievable project schedules and resourcealignment is included in project proposals during the planning stage
  • Identify areas for continuous improvementthrough implementing an effective project lessons learned process
  • Bachelor's Degree in a “STEM” major (Science,Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of project managementexperience for New Product Introductions (NPI's) comprised of multi-disciplinedteams

  • Demonstrated Project/Program Managementcapabilities and experience with project scheduling software (such as MicrosoftProject, Primavera P6)
  • Self-Starter with high energy level and positiveattitude

  • Ability to lead and influence others withoutalienation, in a geo-dispersed matrix organization
