rong>: Responsible for ensuring the design of cost-effective, flexible and reliable systems to support business needs, and for managing the seamless flow of information through the organization. Provide strategic and tactical input on overall technology planning, including projects. Involved in all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), vendor management and escalation support once in systems are production. This role will be frequently assigned to cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with highly complex, cross-systems impact. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery teams. Provide training and escalation support to the Systems Support Team and provide 24/7 support on a scheduled rotation.

Major Responsibilities and Duties Which May Be Considered Essential:
Serve as a strategic leader, seeking new, improved and innovative ways to support the effectiveness, reliability and execution of business systems, with the ultimate goal of to support company efforts to grow sales and profitability. Ensure information technology alignment with Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
Systems Planning and Development
Continuously evaluate oexisting and potential technology alongside business process and operating procedures to determine and recommend improvements in current standards.
Coordinate and perform the implementation of system changes.
Establish agreements and manage relationships with external third-party providers and internal business partners.
Manage business systems projects and provide support for related projects. Specify inputs and format outputs to meet business needs.
Develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts as needed.
Oversee implementation and coordinate the system/data testing and validation pre-and-post go-live.
Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements.
Review, analyze, and coordinate modification of programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support system applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot and implement problem isolation/resolution for business systems and applications.
Provide root cause analysis and proactive activities to detect and prevent future problems/incidents.
Review information and trends to ensure that business systems meet agreed service levels.
Configure, patch and maintain applications.
Maintain confidentiality and security with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
Analysis, Reporting, Business Intelligence
Assist executives and other business users with reporting analytics and exception reporting metrics using Power BI, SSRS, SSMS, Advanced Excel (including PowerPivot, nested formulas, external data sources), Crystal, Power BI, etc.
Define, publish and maintain data definitions and standards.
Gather requirements for new reports, create reports, and validate data integrity.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management or equivalent proven experience required.
2-4 years of relevant experience as an analyst in information technology or related area required.
Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management desired.
Knowledge/experience with Dynamics AX and Power BI desired.
Knowledge of PCI and HIPAA Security Rules desired.
Must possess expertise in MS Office and Business Process Analysis/Management tools.
Will possess a high level of integrity and generate trust.
A proven track record with excellent analytical ability, natural curiosity and problem- solving aptitude.
Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated skill in providing excellent service to customers.
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize independently.
Project or program management experience preferred.
Will possess a basic understanding of the SDLC in waterfall and agile methodologies, as well as a basic understanding of risk management related to systems development.
Previous experience learning and owning new applications/business systems.
Will perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements may include:
Constant sitting at a desk with repetitive hand movements to operate a computer for long periods of time.
Must be able to bend below waist level to make adjustments to operating hardware on occasion.
