 Program Manager, Senior Living

The Program Manager will be a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Speech Therapist, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse who leads a team of clinicians who perform services in the senior living setting. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of business development, clinical care, business operations, quality assurance and case management. The Program Manager will fill a leadership role in a progressive senior living program offering a comprehensive continuum of care to its clients. This includes traditional home care under the Medicare Part A benefit, as well as outpatient therapy services under the Medicare Part B benefit. The foundation of the program is exceptional clinical care and relationship management as BAYADA clinicians become a true healthcare partner in the senior living communities. This position will be will include a territory covering the South Shore, including Plymouth and the surrounding towns.

BAYADA Senior Living Solutions, a specialty offering of BAYADA Home Health Care, was created to address the unique needs of senior living communities, and their residents, in several significant ways.  As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Senior Living in  the South Shore, including Plymouth and the surrounding towns.


Responsibilities 
The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performance team of therapists (PT, OT, SLP, COTA/PTA) and nurses (RN/LPN) and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the home care and outpatient therapy setting. Previous management experience and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are a must, and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business growth and referral management in this position. 

  • Case Management 
  • Supervise team of clinicians 
  • Business development by maintaining strong relationship with facility staff 
  • This role must be filled by a clinician (PT/OT/ST/COTA/PTA/RN/LPN) who will be expected to do visits to support the role of business development. *

Qualifications 

  • A current Massachusetts PT, OT, SLP, COTA, PTA, LPN or RN license. 
  • Prior supervisory and business development experience
  • Home care experience and knowledge of Medicare Parts A & B strongly preferred. 
  • Previous marketing or business development experience. 
  • Strong management and leadership background.
