The Senior Coordinator, Program Management will work collaboratively with team members from the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Office of the Provost, and educational and administrative leaders at Baylor College of Medicine. The Senior Coordinator's key responsibilities include educational operational management for core accreditation processes, project and timeline management, procedure development and mapping, compliance monitoring, program support, policy review, and collaboration with institutional compliance units to support accreditation requirements.

Job Duties
  • Provides advanced administrative support for Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion project managers and team members to keep programs running smoothly.
  • Assists with the day-to-day operations of the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and maintain standard operating procedure and workflow documents.
  • Monitors the daily progress of projects and provides detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
  • Manages the overall OIDEI master planning calendar and coordinates preparation of the annual report.
  • Creates, monitors and tracks documentation of training and educational activities and serves as program coordinator for continuing education process (e.g., CME, CNE, SW CEU).
  • Drafts complex letters and correspondence, such as letters of recommendation, letters of support, etc. 
  • Schedules or coordinates lectures, evaluations, meetings, rounds, seminars, ceremonies, or special events.
  • Provides administrative support for the associate provost, director and associate directors; including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and updating education materials.
  • Assists with program budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Assists with strategic planning, evaluation and assessment, including data analysis, generating reports, and coordinating quarterly and annual reports requested by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serves as primary administrative coordinator for Inclusion and Excellence Council and Inclusion and Equity Ambassadors.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant work experience may be accepted.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with SAP and Concur.
  • Power BI familiarity.
