Statement of Purpose

The Associate Brand Manager assists in the development and execution of the brand's marketing strategy and tactics, including Product-line strategies consistent with all aspects of the business. This position is accountable for superior project management of key initiatives including new product development, financial management, marketing planning and tactical execution of plans.

Accountabilities 1. Project management & execution of brand product-line strategy for product line(s) 2. Manages the day to day execution of all projects through the development, validation and launch phases with the appropriate cross-functional teams. 3. Assists in the development of consistent annual brand plans to build brand equity as a means of attaining volume goals and long-term profit growth 4. Drives brand value by communicating needs for the analytical support on project decisions, utilizing basic consumer insight principles 5. Writes product/message charters/briefs in support of our menu strategy. 6. Accountable for all timetables and communicates key milestones to the organization in order to drive decisions in support of brand/marketing programs. 7. Assisting in financial, competitive, pricing and category analysis. Identifying key trends and brand implications. Working with key decision tools and information sources 8. Leading and interfacing with cross-functional teams to execute brand plans Knowledge

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required, Master's degree preferred

1-3 years job-related work experience required.

Restaurant or CPG experience preferred
