Acquisition Program Analyst
Serve as a program analyst for an Army agency managing acquisition strategy and reform. Work as a member of a team reviewing acquisition-related documentation, policies, law, regulations, and current practices. Develop recommendations on changes to accelerate the acquisition process and make recommendations on change implementation. Provide analysis and recommendations, attend working groups, integrated product teams (IPTs), and other planning meetings in support of the mission, and develop executive-level summaries of meetings. Identify, analyze, and evaluate information to support systemic changes to rapidly field future Army capabilities.
-4 years of experience with planning and executing complex, multi-faceted projects
-2 years of experience with a DoD acquisition program
-Experience with acquisition milestone documentation
-Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, provide recommendations, prepare reports or documents, and present results in oral and written forms
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with an Army Program Executive Office (PEO) or program, project, or product manager (PM) support
-Experience with DoD 5000 .02 regulations
-Knowledge of Army staff procedures and DoD acquisition regulations and instructions
-MA or MS degree
-PMP Certification a plus
