All Source Intelligence Analyst

As an all source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to research and analyze all source data to support clients' efforts to measure the effectiveness of their critical intelligence operations. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to advance the Intelligence Community's (IC) mission.
As an all source analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape and pursue hard targets. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior clients and oversight. As the authority on your client's operations and mission, you will be looked to for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set into areas like all source analysis and performance management. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. -3+ years of experience with conducting all-source intelligence analysis
-Experience with measure of effectiveness (MOE) and support to operational planning
-Experience with presenting to clients effectively
-Experience with responding to requests for information and searching automated systems for data
-Ability to produce and contribute to deliverables within a short time frame using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word
-Ability to apply analytical and quantitative expertise
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
