-Experience with designing and troubleshooting in Avaya telephony and LAN and WAN environments
-Experience with Avaya Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems, Avaya Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) systems, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya Voice Portal, Application Enablement Services (AES), Aura Voice Mail, or Avaya Dialers
-Experience with Avaya, Cisco, Session Boarder Controller hardware platforms, and 3rd party telephony products
-Knowledge of design, planning and execution of core voice initiatives, including TDM and IP Telephony, SIP, SBC, Session Routing, ACD, Contact Center, Voice-mail, legacy PBX migrations, and IP Telephony platform upgrades
-Ability to train on system document technical concepts and procedures and cross trains others in this area
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience with systems engineering or MA or MS degree in CS, EE, or Engineering and 10+ years of experience with systems engineering
