Enterprise Agile Coach

Key Role:

Recommend Agile transformation strategies and assessments for clients. Perform coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and teaching at the individual, team, and program levels. Assist individuals and teams to adopt an Agile mindset and find more effective ways of working together towards mission outcomes. Coach leaders and executives on agile delivery. Model and form a team environment focused on successful execution, continuous improvement, and open feedback. Provide subject matter expertise in Agile practices, including Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Provide Agile thought leadership to client executives and communicate with senior leaders and large groups to facilitate common Agile events, such as retrospectives, reviews, planning, and decision making. Help define and stand up a local Agile Center of Excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with leading Agile teams

-5+ years of experience with Agile coaching

-Experience with delivering and combining concepts from multiple Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, SAFe, or LeSS

-Experience with teaching Agile concepts and frameworks

-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification

-ICAgile ICP-ACC and ICP-ATF Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with government contracts

-Experience with coaching on a multi-team program, including SAFe coaching

-Experience with coaching in a distributed or multi-site environment

-Possession of excellent facilitation skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-ICAgile ICP-ENT and ICP-CAT Certification
