Human Resources Business Intelligence Analyst, Junior
Assist with strategic workforce planning and human capital management, including changes to strategy, organizational structure, process, and human capital or culture under general supervision. Assist with identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve workforce and organizational performance to support a client's new talent management system. Assist with improving talent management operations and increase process efficiency. Leverage expertise in less complex organizational systems and assist with the development of specific solutions to support workforce transformation efforts.
-Experience with strategic workforce planning, human capital management, organizational development, general strategic management consulting, or market research
-Experience with management consulting, human capital, or strategic workforce planning pillars and functional communities
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
