Life Cycle Management Process Subject Matter Expert
Work as a subject matter expert with an advanced analytics team to solve challenging client problems, including improving information sharing, awareness, inventory, acquisition, sustainment, and capability development. Help to collect requirements for and test a SharePoint Web-based application. Work in a dynamic team environment and participate in SharePoint application modifications from the initial phase of requirements gathering to the end state of client acceptance. Interpret client requirements through meetings to develop mock-up designs, identify requirements, vet processes with the client and software development teams, and assist with implementing custom solutions. Document system processes and procedures in a clear manner and work closely with developers, analysts, and project managers to achieve the client's goals and mission. Support the client offsite with pre-planned training and demonstration events to increase adoption of the application. Provide onsite, over-the-shoulder assistance with application functionality, track client site milestones, and contract deliverables.
-5 years of professional work experience
-Knowledge of Web applications and Microsoft SharePoint
-Knowledge of Air Force clients
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to travel occasionally
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience with aircraft life cycle management in lieu of degree
-Experience with aircrew or maintenance operations
-Experience with gathering user requirements for Web-based applications
-Experience with supporting user training documentation and execution of training events
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
