Mission Requirements Analyst
Support the Office of the Intelligence Community Chief Information Officer (IC CIO) supporting the organization through corporate functions that enable the organization to accomplish its mission to transform and protect the IC Information Enterprise and achieve an organizational approach that balances strategic, operational, and tactical (SOT) workflows for optimal success. Provide executive-level support in change management, strategy development, or stakeholder analysis. Manage and implement communications strategies, establish and document business processes, and facilitate the development and implementation of processes to shape direction and prioritize goals. Develop effective metrics to address the health and assure attainment of mission.
-10 years of experience in a professional environment or military service
-Experience with analyzing IT-related programs or projects in one of the following areas: organizational efficiencies, organizational operations, organizational procedures and protocols, or organizational risks
-Experience with process transformation and implementation of enterprise-wide shared services, including financial management, acquisition and procurement management, human capital management, and asset management
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
-Knowledge of functional business processes at an advanced level
-BA or BS degree in Computer Engineering, CS, EE, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, MIS, Business, Accounting, English, Finance, Management, or Political Science
