Quality Assurance Production Manager, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your quality assurance project manager skills to make a difference? This DoD client requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled project manager providing expert management and communication skills to keep the program on the path to success. That's why we need someone who can ensure success through quality assurance program management expertise.

We have an opportunity for an acquisition program manager to join our team providing technical and administrative expertise and support services for a ship production quality assurance role including communications management, technical program expertise, and program support. You will directly facilitate the establishment of quality assurance policies, and the execution of life cycle program management quality assurance to support project decision making and analyzing program costs, schedules, and performance. You will work with program leadership to ensure effective and efficient program planning, implementation, monitoring, and control solutions. The real power of program management comes from communication, so you will create and manage key program deliverables along with making recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you will have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact the US Navy by contributing to program management and helping to eliminate risks across projects. You'll coordinate and monitor a quality assurance production program during construction, testing, and integration activities within the program office and work independently to provide analysis of program impacts. You'll Identify and create strategies supporting the accurate program quality assurance management of new construction for naval surface ships, including all installed systems, equipment, and components. You'll ensure version control processes, policies, and procedures are followed on internal and external communications and processes within the program. Join us and help make sure our program stays on-time and within budget as we improve program office production quality assurance management.
