Test and Evaluation Engineering Analyst

Key Role:

Work directly with the client and other stakeholders to coordinate input on test plans and procedures. Leverage integrated data environments and sites, including Confluence and Jira, to maintain awareness and dynamic tracking of multiple piece of stakeholder input and versions of test plans. Facilitate discussions on the technical aspects of the test plan. Make recommendations on resolving stakeholder concerns. Analyze the development of new test and evaluation (T&E) processes used in Agile development environments. Represent the test team in meetings with the client. Support the team in all phases of the T&E life cycle, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting and learn and apply Booz Allen's T&E techniques and methods.

Basic Qualifications.

-5+ years of experience in two of the five following areas: T&E, space situational awareness, defensive space control, offensive space control, or missile warning

-Experience with problem solving and critical thinking in complex space scenarios as part of an analytical team

-Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications.

-Experience in working directly with AF, Combatant Command, or Joint clients

-Experience with briefing DoD clients

-Experience with modeling and simulation

-Knowledge of space command and control procedures

-Knowledge of the DoD space missions and operations

-Knowledge of the Joint Targeting cycle

-Knowledge of the intelligence commmunity's missions and operations

-Knowledge of rendezvous and proximity operations requirements

-Knowledge of modeling and simulation tools

-Knowledge of Air Operations Center (AOC) operations

-Ability to comprehend and assimilate Intel and technical space-related data

-Ability to produce coherent written T&E products, including test plans and procedures

-Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently and demonstrate initiative to complete complex tasks

-BA or BS degree in Engineering or an emphasis on technical studies
