Software Licensing Analyst, Junior

Key Role:

Provide onsite support with government clients to enhance the Army's enterprise licenses or bulk buy strategies and implementation under limited supervision. Develop best practices and incorporate them as the enterprise transforms under limited supervision. Provide concept, development, maintenance, and operation of enterprise services or licenses. Leverage expertise in comprehending enterprise licensing, IT portfolio management, and what it takes to deliver integrated services in the enterprise. Prepare Business Case Analysis (BCAs), conduct market research on commercial IT tools and services, prepare Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs), and create courses of actions (COAs).

Basic Qualifications:

-Knowledge of buying enterprise licensing in a bulk
-Knowledge of enterprise licensing, IT portfolio management, and the use of APMS tool
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Army Enterprise Licensing Agreements for IT capabilities within the Army and DoD

-Ability to conduct market research and commercial IT products and services and consolidate research into technical reports for use within the Army acquisition and contracting processes

-Ability to perform creation, editing, revision, and presentation of papers and briefing on projects or proposals
