C4ISR EW Program Analyst

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in DoD headquarters organizations working with senior military and civilian staff

  • Experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) programs, policies, and solutions

  • Experience with coordinating actions with multiple Federal agencies and organizations

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, and records keeping

  • Knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) theory, practices, equipment, and platforms

  • Knowledge of USG Intelligence Community, DoD, and DoN organizations

  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of DoD Security Cooperation and Assistance lines of effort

  • Knowledge of Excess Defense Articles (EDA) transfer process

  • Knowledge of Program Objective Memoranda (POM)

  • Knowledge of defense acquisition requirements

  • Knowledge of budget and strategic planning processes

  • Knowledge of white paper development

  • Possession of strong writing skills
