Digital Transformation Consultant, Junior

Key Role:

Create and deploy custom applications and workflows in the Microsoft Power Platform, a low-code/no-code app ecosystem. Use Microsoft and Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down tedious, boring tasks and free up operations experts to enhance the capacity of partner nations to exercise responsible civilian control of foreign national security forces. Create experience with product ownership, agile development, and UX design on a low-code/no-code platform. Coordinate with client-facing change managers and other digital transformation consultants to deploy multiple applications with a common backend.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with working on teams utilizing Lean UX, Agile, Dev Ops, or DevSecOps
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI
  • Experience in working with and managing datasets
  • Experience with the DoD
  • Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end SharePoint site development
  • Experience with developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Experience in working with product owners, analysts, testers, and developers to develop user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience in using artificial intelligence and or machine learning for text and video analytics
  • Secret clearance preferred
  • ICAgile Certification preferred
