Information Workforce Analyst
Serve as a subject matter expert and leverage in-depth knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps policy and capabilities, specializing in Workforce and Occupational Field matters. Assist leadership in identifying opportunities for capability integration in support of operations in the Information Environment as part of broader Navy and Marine corps operations. Help develop innovative service offerings by applying a mix of strategic and technical knowledge of operating environments, workforce professionalization for Active Duty and Civilians, up-to-date technologies, and force requirements. Work individually or as a team member to analyze technical requirements and the development of recommendations regarding solutions. Build out a network of Government and Industry points of contact in order to explore new partnerships. Assist in hiring of diverse and market-ready technical talent. Brief results of marketing activity to senior leadership and provide updates on growth measures.
10+ years of experience with Navy or Marine Corps Cybersecurity, Defensive Cyber Operations, Operations in the Information Environment, Readiness, or Compliance
Experience with confidence in working with senior-level decision-makers within the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and individual Armed Services
Experience with relationships between Government and Industry
Knowledge of Headquarter Marine Corps level organizations, DoD, and DoN policies
Knowledge of the relationships between primary Navy or Marine Corps operations, engineering, or acquisition organizations
Top Secret clearance required
HS diploma or GED required
Experience with working as a project manager and leading programs involving Cybersecurity, Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), Readiness, or Compliance, or communications technology services
Knowledge of the DoD capability development processes
Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
BA or BS degree
