Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Exercise Planner, Senior

The Challenge:
As a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Exercise Planner, Senior on our team, you will plan the integration of Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) processes, tools, and experimentation into combatant command Joint exercises. You will work as a team member to help conduct post exercise analysis for future Joint exercise development and design the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) updates. As a key driver for our team, you will assist in the development of tabletop exercises to include, execution of the event and after-action reporting. You will also be traveling to locations to support various test and evaluation field operations and events to ensure that the data collected addresses. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) or Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) exercise and Joint test planning

-Knowledge of Measure of Performance and Effectiveness (MOP and MOE)

-Knowledge of Joint event life cycle and test and evaluation processes

-Ability to coordinate test requirements, resources, modeling and simulation, range scheduling, and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects

-Ability to travel to various locations in the Pacific Rim

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience as an Exercise Planner in the US-INDOPACOM AOR

-Experience with program management of DoD test and evaluation activities

-Knowledge of Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) or Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) doctrine
