-10+ years of experience with conducting internal investigations in a law firm, corporate, or federal government environment.
-Ability to be highly responsive and organized
-Ability to manage, handle and balance a high volume of matters and assignments
-Ability to proactively identify risk areas and participate in developing training and policy or process enhancements
-Ability to translate technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions
-Ability to collaborate effectively with internal compliance and investigative professionals
-Ability to serve as a business partner to develop comprehensive solutions to challenging problems
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-Member in good standing of any US state bar
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with government contracting, including in a professional services firm
-Experience conducting investigations and providing compliance advice to businesses on procurement integrity, False Claims Act, or competition issues
-Experience handling sensitive, confidential, and classified matters
-Experience managing paralegals and overseeing trained investigators
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide integrated and durable solutions
-Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage the workload and simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a changing, fast-paced environment.
