Network Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Monitor network administration and maintenance operations and resolve network incidents to ensure the smooth-running of the network operation center. Apply expertise in providing expert-level technical engineering assistance with all phases of network development, operation, and management. Develop expertise in managing and monitoring network topologies, including developing and evaluating alternative usage or configuration options. Conduct network performance and trend analyses, including individual circuit availability rates. Apply comprehension of product life cycle transition from development to production and operations. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience in providing expert level technical engineering assistance to all phases of network development, operation, and management
  • Experience developing and evaluating alternative utilization or configuration options
  • Experience conducting network performance and trend analysis to include individual circuit availability rates  
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle transition from development to production and operations
  • Knowledge of managing and monitoring network topologies
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecommunications networks
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
