Strategic Human Capital Consultant
Prioritize deliverables and direct the work of others with minimal guidance. Manage others in developing methodologies and approaches for human capital efforts with the clients. Maintain responsibility for trend analysis and predictive modeling to effectively evaluate and communicate results to aid decision making processes that affect the business, including process and organizational change. Build analysis to comprehend the interconnectedness of employee programs that influence the employee value proposition. Identify and determine the appropriate data to be analyzed to support the objectives of a project. Support solutions to highly complex and ambiguous issues. Leverage advanced consulting and excellent expertise in the field and serve as a mentor to junior level staff. This position will require travel of up to 15% of the time.
-5+ years of experience with human capital, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational development and design, or organizational psychology
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
-BA or BS degree
-4+ years of experience with supporting defense agencies, program offices, projects, or clients
-Experience with organizational effectiveness, organizational design and alignment, strategic planning, or organizational culture
-Experience with developing organizational-level strategies focused on future-facing goals using change management principles
-Experience with structuring and conducting data gathering and analysis activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys
-Experience with analyzing quantitative and qualitative workforce data using established software programs, including Tableau, SPSS, and R
-Experience with facilitating technical and functional training
-MA or MS degree in IO Psychology preferred
-Human Capital Strategist or Change Management Certification a plus
