System Engineer, Senior
We're looking for a senior systems engineer to be part of an Agile team supporting mission critical systems. You'll provide support to mission-focused customers and work closely with external organizations to ensure end-products are developed and integrated with minimal service interruption. You'll lead technical discussions with architects, system engineers, developers, and mission partners to analyze bugs and discrepancies, provide assessments on bug fixes, and support quality assurance.
We focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you'll work closely with architects, system engineers, developers and mission personnel in the section to analyze bugs and discrepancies found in operational systems and improve internal processes so that issues are caught as early as possible, thus performing a level of quality assurance. 14+ years of experience with system engineering
Experience with Linux
Experience troubleshooting all XKEYSCORE components and XKEYSCORE GENESIS fingerprints
Experience with communication protocol stacks
Experience with requirements analysis
Experience with tools that include WIRESHARK
Experience with integration and test of large scale systems
Experience with data formats, including sotf, sff and metadata component blocks
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
BA or BS degree or 19 years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
