Senior Integration Developer
Office of Information Technology
The Integration Developer is a developer and analyst of business integrations . Someone who solicits and defines requirements, builds and maintains integrations across University business systems. The incumbent will keep abreast of new integration technology and learn new tools in order to continually hone their skills. They will work extensively with members of business offices and developers to define the business requirements for technology solutions that meet the needs for various business areas, and act as liaison between business owners and internal and external technology solution providers.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of related IT experience
Job Qualifications
Strong technical skills in integration-related technologies, e.g., XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP
Experience with web service orchestration tools such as Mulesoft highly preferred
Experience building microservices is preferred
Experience with building and maintaining Workday integrations a plus
Automated testing tool experience (e.g., JUNIT) desirable
Experience with SQL code development a plus
Strong analysis skills required
Ability to work effectively with people with differing levels of technical knowledge
Ability to learn new technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
