Processor and distributor of premium nuts, confections, snack foods and all occasion gifts with a wide variety of nuts, dried fruits, candy and bakery products in many different packaging sizes. Sold through ecommerce, mass, national, regional grocery, specialty and c-store.
Develop new business, targeting, mass, grocery, specialty, c-store and independent accounts throughout the Midwestern US states.
Develop strategy, retailer presentations, execution plans, programs, promotional activities and procedures with the review and coordination of the VP of Sales.
Partner with retailers, distributors, wholesalers to gain placement of products and achieve top line sales and profit goals and growth.
Work with targeted National and Regional Brokers to outline sales objectives and priorities per account to continue to drive revenue.
Drive sales and maintain all budget spending levels per account. Manage all promotion programs and spending by account.
5+ years of sales experience within the Snack Category experienced in targeting mass, grocery, specialty, c-store and independent accounts.
A disciplined self-starter with a hunter and entrepreneurial mindset.
Broker and distributor experience and contacts and relationships with relevant buyers.
Some P&L experience.
Salary $85-95K, + 1% no cap commission, company health plan, 401(k) 2% match, cell, laptop, car allowance, 3 weeks' vacation.
