The Marketing and Innovation Specialist will report to the Marketing Director, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the New Product Development Director, and will provide specialist support to the Marketing Management team including project management, execution of marketing & sales programs for new & existing product lines & business analysis.


Project Management

  • Drive project management of any product improvements and packaging/manufacturing changes
  • Assist in the development of the annual new products plan
  • Assist in the new product development cycle from conception to launch
  • Drive updates per legal and regulatory requirements
  • Review and approval of various regulatory and legal documentation

Marketing Support

  • Content library management including product photos, product marketing copy and labels
  • Coupon budget management, creation & redemption review, manage specific coupon campaigns
  • Assist in event marketing planning, organizing, execution & participation
  • Coordinate product related internal communication with cross functional teams

Digital and E-Commerce Marketing Support

  • Brand website review, update and maintenance
  • Coordinate assets & content for digital marketing
  • Product Information Management platform review and updates
  • Other eCommerce platform review and updates


  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing (or other business-related discipline)
  • 1-3 years consumer products marketing experience & other relevant experience considered
  • Proactive self-starter with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Strong collaborator, team player & excellent communicator (both written & oral) who enjoys working with others & cross-functionally
  • Digital expert who enjoys all elements of social media
  • Strong analytical & budgeting abilities with a great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) & SAP
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner


  • 10 - 20% travel
  • Office environment; Frequent use of PC, phone and office equipment
