We are searching for an experienced 2nd Shift Mulch Plant Foreman for our Greenfield, Missouri location.  This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.


  • Direct the workflow of other employees to ensure that product produced is correct and of good quality.
  • Repair or report machine problems immediately.
  • Work closely with the machine operators to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment as well as direct all staff to work safely and effectively.
  • Properly train staff, enabling them to perform their assigned work task for the shift.


  • Keep the work area clean and seed swept up throughout your shift.
  • Work in a safe manner following company safety standards.
  • Lockout machines before doing any maintenance/repairs.
  • Repair or report any machine problems as soon as possible.
  • Must be able to lift/pull up to 70 pounds.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Must possess good leadership qualities and the ability to direct staff as necessary to meet production goals for the shift.
  • Be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.


  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Work temperatures may vary due to outside temperatures. 
  • The work environment may be dusty.
