Position Objective This position will administer configuration, patching, and security for our Windows 7 and Windows 10 computers that are used as our Registers and our Back-Office computers for Retail locations. Will have the responsibility of providing Tier-3 level of support and is responsible for administering both Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012 and 2016 environments, Group Policy Management, and use Microsoft Deployment Tools to build images and keep all images and deployed devices up to date with patching and Application updates. This position will be responsible to make sure the devices meet PCI and Sox requirements. Functional Responsibilities
*Administrates the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Environment.
*Creates and updates Desktop Images using Microsoft Deployment Tools.
*Provides Tier-3 level of support for retail locations.
*Responsible for the integration of Microsoft SQL into Image.
*Responsible for the integration of Point of Sale hardware into an image.
*Creates and manages SCCM task Sequences.
*Creation and Management of SCCM Image Updates
*Designs Desktop Configuration including Group Policies.
*Develops and Maintains policies that meet PCI Compliance.
*Develops and Maintains policies that meet SOX Compliance.
*Subject Matter Expert to work with business partners to build future enhancements to support the Retail Business. Required Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree preferred
*5 years advanced Windows troubleshooting in a multi-location Corporate Network Environment
*3-5 years' experience as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator
*3-5 years' experience packaging and deploying Desktop software applications at the Enterprise level
*3-5 years' experience creating, modifying, and maintaining Active Directory Group Policies in a Corporate environment.
*Ability to work independently or in a team environment
*Ability to analyze data to resolve issues
*Ability to gather business requirements for IT Projects
*Must be punctual and reliable
*Must for able to work in a fast pace environment and meet realistic timelines
*On-Call periods required to support the business Preferred Qualifications
*Familiarity with a Multi-Location Retail Network Environment is highly desirable
*Intermediate experience of Powershell, VB, Python or other scripting languages Preferred Certifications
*Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
*Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
*Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
*Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager -- Administering and Deploying System Center Configuration Manager
