Circle K Business Center Poland is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:

Facility Service Center Agent with Norwegian Language skills

Circle K is currently looking for Facility Service Center Agent. Person who will take role of Facility Service Center Agent will be a single point of contact for CK stores. The Agent will be responsible for registering of issues on assets and dispatching service orders to the right external Suppliers/Service providers. The Service Center Agent will work closely with the Specialist Facility Service Center and the local maintenance Engineers in Norway. The person who will take this position shall be open-minded, enthusiastic self-taught and ready to provide technical support to our sites.  

Your tasks/responsibilities:

  • Technical support for assets and equipment located in CK stores
  • Registering cases in the system and supervision according to the KPI's
  • Troubleshooting and advising to the reported technical/functional issues
  • Ordering maintenance and repair service from external Suppliers, follow up on deliveries
  • Maintain equipment documentation including specifications, warranties, life cycle, maintenance needs and operating instructions
  • Active communication to all parties involved (SM, service companies, maintenance engineers, technicians, etc.) for effective problem resolution
  • Participate in duty service outside office hours, as needed


  • Fluent Norwegian language skills
  • Very good English and other foreign language skills is an advantage
  • Quick learner, ambitious and well organized/structured
  • University degree preferred
  • Experience in technical support as advantage
  • Ability to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problems
  • High service orientation
  • Good teamwork skills
