Description
We are looking out for a FileNet P8 Admin for our project team based out of Springfield Massachusetts
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate should have good experience in Enterprise Content Management tools.
Strong working experience in FileNet P8 administration, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Collector, Business Process Framework (BPF), IBM Stored IQ and SQL Server.
Knowledge in Web Service, .NET / Java technology are preferred.
Good communication skills, interact with customers, ability to own the deliverable independently and mentor the junior members in the team.
Prior knowledge in production support and being ITIL certified is desired.
Associate should be willing to work on rotational night shifts and provide week-end coverage.
